# Навел мышку на сообщение оно должно не пропадать пока я мышку держу?

Да, пока курсор в сообщении, оно не пропадет. Через какое время сообщение пропадет после увода мыши с сообщения, задается в настройках, длительность показа.

Убрал мышку, сообщение пропало.

Длительность показа считать начинаем с момента увода мышки (если ее завели) или с начала показа сообщения (если её не завели), при заводе мышки обратно счетчик отключается, при выходе начнет считать от заданной длительности.
